TRANSACTION PROCESS

 

  1. Initial Contact & Expression of Interest
    The prospective buyer or its mandate expresses an initial interest in a potential transaction based on the structure outlined in the term sheet.

  2. Pre-Check & Due Diligence
    A mutual preliminary review is conducted, including KYC, compliance checks, and mandate verification. All information remains subject to verification.

  3. Introduction of Parties
    Upon successful pre-check, the seller and/or refinery may be introduced to the buyer. The intermediary acts strictly in a facilitation role.

  4. Alignment of Commercial Terms
    Key commercial terms such as quantities, pricing, delivery locations, and payment structure are discussed on an indicative basis and, if agreed, incorporated into draft agreements.

  5. Onboarding & Contract Execution
    Onboarding is conducted directly between the buyer and the seller/refinery. Any binding contract is executed solely between these parties.

  6. Settlement & Delivery
    Settlement and delivery are performed in accordance with the final contractual terms and in full compliance with all applicable regulatory and banking requirements.
